OMG.  I am not going to do that all the time.

I don't watch QVC Live or On line so I always relied on the "Items Recently on Air" tab.  A lot of my purchases are unplanned; many happening as a result by a quick check of "Items Recently on Air".  Oh well, I have too much stuff anyway.

Why mess with something when it works?

The IT department needs to focus more on fixing the technical problems with QVC's website.  Seems they more prefer to mess around playing with re-designing the site all the time.  That makes their job more fun and more interesting than fixing glitches. 

The info on this important change certainly wasn't conveyed to anyone.  When a poster asked for help from the moderators, Susan the moderator responded they were aware of the problem of not being able to see the previously aired items and were working to fix it and it should be up and running shortly.   To me this says even the IT department personnel were not aware of the change, the moderators sure didn't know about it, so I guess we the customers were just supposed to know how to find the items shown by osmosis!

I sure did save a lot of money today because I was looking forward the the silver show and in the mood to buy jewelry.  At midnight I did buy the merlot bracelet that went with the TSV but that was my only purchase.  I rely on the Items Previously Aired   I wasn't able to wake up early and spend the day at home watching.  So I missed the majority of Creede Day and I'm sure I'm not the only one.   QVC probably lost big bucks today on this special silver day.  Hope they realize the reason for drop in sales and don't think it was due to lack of interest and decide yearly Silver shows aren't wanted by the customers.

How ridiculous to make this change (in the first place) and, secondly, not tell us customers?  What???  I don't think I'll be viewing any more items that were "recently on air."

I intended to buy a few gifts of silver, but gave up.  A Mod said that IT was working to correct the problem of being unable to see "items previously on air" for the day.  Never happened.  I ended up ordering that ODO bracelet for me, but that's all.  Way less than I had expected.  QVC saved me a bunch of money today!

Seriously, this is 2018 and the IT people should be able to handle a website.  This isn't rocket science.  QVC can blame them for the loss in sales on Crede Day.  Maybe they need a new IT team.

IT Department. It's about the USER not you or the new software.Notification of changes and where the old info went is not only courteous but smart. I ordered from a competitor yesterday because I couldn't access my usual route to buying.

This is what the web site needs to be........USER FRIENDLY, USER FRIENDLY, USER FRIENDLY!

All day yesterday when I went to Shop QVC TV and then Items Recently on air, it showed 2 items, sometimes 4 or 5 if I was really lucky.  But it wouldn't let me pick a show and look at the Creede items that had been presented throughout the overnight hours.

Today, when I try to do the same, I get a box that pops up and says  "We've moved" and it directs me to a click here icon and when I do that, it takes me back to these forums and signs me out.

It is excusable that this website is always such a mess.

I just clicked Shop QVC TV, then Items Recently On Air, and I select from a list of recent shows on the left, and the items recently on air all appear.

ETA - it is not good that everyone does not have the exact same online viewing experience, depending on brower or whatever.  IT is clearly not a priority here.
