  Working from home is not for every industry,or individual. My DH works from home.He's an insurance manager.His job can be done 100% from home. Before Covid 19 he went into the office once a week by choice.

  Not every industry is equipped for remote access.Not every employer wants employees to work remotely either.

   DH actually gets more work done from home.Because he doesn't have the 90+ minute commute he starts earlier & ends later.There are also no distractions from co workers. Some employees in his office aren't permitted to work from home because they take advantage of the privilege.DH & the other managers can't wait to send these people back to the office.

  My son is a law clerk.He can work from home & is doing so now.He hates it.He's Young & ambitious & likes the hustle & bustle of a busy office. He's also about to start practicing soon 🤞& an office was just decorated & set aside for him.So home isn't where he wants to be.
