Nothing to do with QVC this time. I just checked a bank charge card and kept coming up with an inaccurate total in the newest billing period. Turned out that the return listed in the new billing period had already been applied toward the bill I had already received.
It's fine to get the credit early, but I return anything so seldom that I hadn't seen the process before. It doesn't take much these days to confuse me, so I was actually pleased I finally figured it out without needing help.
