@coffee drinker I ordered some new shampoo and conditioner last night around 8pm. They were on my porch this morning when I got up! I was able to use them right away. Yep, that's what I call excellent customer service.

@LuvSoCal I was really shocked it was shipped.  I am not a Prime member so that's probably why the shipping is suppose to arrive around Nov 9.  That's not to bad.
