Hello All! I am vegan, I eat greens & fruits daily, love them too! My very favorite is Avocados, yummy! Love Avocado toast, I think once I ate Avocados every day for one year, honest! I was thinking about ordering this for my husband until I read ingredients.
I think Kirsten is big into health, working out & eating clean, etc that's why she gets so excited. She is very fit. If memory serves me well, I think I heard her once say her hubby works on the west coast, how do they make that work, sorry off topic.Have a great day everyone!![]()

I posted in another thread that they really should let people know about this being in there. Not that I was going to buy it but sorbitol tears my stomach up.

'I don't know'........'I'm old-fashioned'.
My thoughts are that eating way so many vegetables all at one time (concentrated to boot) isn't 'natural' for the body.
A side of a vegetable and a bit of lettuce with dinner seems enough (for me, anyway).
I don't think that too much roughage is good for our stomach lining, etc. Smooth and easy seems better.
Most/all of the older folks (90+ yrs.) that I know/have known would have veg./salad as side dishes with their dinner.
Well, to each their own, as the saying goes.
Same with oranges. Who would eat, say, thirty oranges at one sitting? Vit. C or not. Taking too much of C could present a tummy problem, imo.
Well, I'm in the min*rity, I know.

@Shelbelle Have you tried Dr. Dubrow's products? I have seen him & his wife on Evine too & thought about purchasing something that gives energy, especially in midday. If you take any of his supplements, etc. will you PLEASE let me know? Thx so much!!! L![]()

@ROMARY For what it's worth, I don't feel you're a minority. I wouldn't want to eat 30 oranges at one sitting either, LOL, we'd be sick for goodness sake! Balance is key, IMO, just trying to balance out is another story for me anyway.
