Please read possible side effects before purchasing.

This product does taste good. It really is tasty. Yet the ingredients list infuriates me.
She uses cyanocobalamin, which is the least expensive form of B-12, but can also have bad side effects for anyone who has any kind of kidney disorder, or thyroid disorder. I wrote this company asking to re-evaluate this form of B-12 and got no response at all.
Even Andrew Lessman has changed to methylcobalamin, the form that is already broken down and absorbed easily.
Cyanocobalamin has molecules of cyanide in it, which the body has to remove and filter through the kidneys and out of our body. It is much more work for the body to break down to get the B12 into the form the human body can use. Why even put cyanide in our bodies when there is a better form of B-12 available?
Inexpensive. That is why. I promptly sent mine back. She needs to be honest about the form of B-12 she is using. Let people decide for themselves. Not all B-12 is the same.
Be aware of supplements. Read about ingredients of any supplement. People with autoimmune conditions, or those that have the MTHFR gene, should not take cyanocobalamin. Beware.
Just putting this out there. People get fooled. Educate yourself and make what is the best decision for you.

As in the protein shake discussion yesterday I am of the opinion that one should eat real food not a drink/shake in the hope that is will replace the real thing.

I did buy it because I need to eat more fruits and veggies, especially the leafy greens that I hate. The presentation sounded good to me. There's no way I can "educate" myself on this issue via Google. People find an article they happen to like, that says what they want to hear, so they take it as truth. That's not how I approach things. I believe in experts. I'm in a health maintence program and I forwarded the nutritional info to my program to get their opinion. I'm still going to eat my 5 fruits/veggies a day but I think this product will give me added benefits because I just will not ever be the person who eats 10 or 12 fruits/veggies a day, as much as I want to be.

The sorbitol stopped me from ordering. I have no plans to stay in for the day if you get my gist. LOL
