Why would the price of a twin set of sheets be the same as a set of king sized sheets....doesn't make sense to me......

It is an easy way to price a product.

So unless you are buying king sized, everyone else is getting ripped off.

No. IIf you need twins, you decide if the price is fair for a twin set. If it is, what difference does it make that Kings are cheaper?  It's the size beds you have and if you consider the price fair.

If the price is not fair for the twins, you don't buy them. No one is ripped off. It's a choice and a decision.

I have never understood the rationale for the way QVC prices sheets sets.

Then a size 3x item should cost more than an xxs since it uses more material.  I actually agree with the fact it should cost more but this is QVC's pricing policy and one can always shop elsewhere.

LOL, the things people will obsess over.  Personally it's a great deal for me.   I have a Cal King.  And this is the brand I like.

Shopping channels are the only places where any size sheet set is priced the same,  You don't find that in brick and mortar stores.

I really don't care about the pricing lol, what I would like to see is better colors. To me, the only nice color is the sea glass. Where are the pinks, peaches, yellows, etc?

I'm sure there are several reasons, but the only one I can think of is that they sell more of the larger sizes so they price for those.

I see lots of "bargains" for single bed sheets although I need none.  I bought sheets for my day bed 25 years ago and have never once bought single bed sheets again.  No reason to.

Related to this -  I went mattress shopping with  a friend a few years ago.  She wanted to try a Sleep Comfort bed and had planned to buy a full size instead of a queen so she'd have a few extra feet of space in her bedroom.  Guess what?  The full size cost more than the queen!  According to the salesman it was because they sold so few that their costs were higher and they couldn't offer the same deals.
