TLC Program Times

Anyone else noticed how TLC (and a few other channels, like Discovery) are screwing up their program beginning and ending times, so they make it difficult to DVR it?  Instead of a show starting right at 8:00 or 9:00, for example, it's 8:05, or 9:10, and then you always end up missing or ending of a show.  I think it's because they don't want people DVRing shows so you HAVE to watch the commercials!

I don't know about your dvr, but my dvr has the ability for me to adjust the start and end times, which I do accordingly.

I did notice that a few weeks ago. I missed the end of the show. I went to do other things during the commercial.And when I got back I noticed the time and moved on. And people were talking about the preview for next week and I completely missed it. I thought how did they fit the previews and commercial in during the little amount of time that I was gone.

 

Guess they are trying to fit in as many commercials as possible.
