My first choice is always Coke Zero. (I do not care how awful it is for me)  After that, it's only water.  I cannot drink sweetened ice tea.

I drink unsweetened green tea and/or chai tea every day. I have Crohns and fake sugar with the exception of Stevia really irritates it and I just can't drink sugar drinks because it makes me so much more thirsty than when I started. I live in the south and I usually order water or unsweetened tea when I am out but on occasion they will accidentally give me a sweetened tea. OMG, some places are ridic with the amount of sugar they put in the tea. I took a sip of what I thought was unsweetened tea last week. I was really thirsty so I took a huge sip. It hurt the sides of my cheeks and my teeth it was so sweet. It was slightly thickened it had so much sugar in it. I would say at least 2 cups per gallon. It took me forever to get that taste of sugar out of my mouth. I understand people like sugar in their tea but that stuff was nucking futs. Sweet tea is a popular drink down here but many people can drink up to a gallon a day. Even if it is only 1/2-1 cup per gallon that is a huge amount of sugar. Reminds me of the Wilford Brimley DIABEETUS memes I see on FB.

On occasion I will stop by the Latin market and get Coke from Mexico with real sugar. When my tummy is upset, that makes me feel better and tastes so good of course I end up thirstier than I started before I had it.

Cucumber water! What a great idea! I'll have to try thatSmiley Happy

@on the bay  so refreshing and there are health benefits.

Make sure the cucumber is firm with round firm ends; no wrinkles or soft spots.  Try to use organic.

Wash,  slice, (don't peel or you can peel "stripes" for visual) and use your favorite pitcher.  I use a glass one.

I find my slices last about 3-4 days in water.

Enjoy!

I like that too. Very refreshing.
