I try to drink mainly water, although I rarely get through more than two bottles a day unless it's hot weather.
But I also like tea - just regular tea, not the sugar-filled kind they make in the south.
I drink a diet soft drink now and then, but none of the sugar ones. I like diet ginger ale, diet Squirt, and diet 7-up.
Anything that is just cloyingly sweet isn't for me.
