As a sewer all my life, I have to interject that most polyester fabrics are not cheap in cost. As a matter of fact, depending on the weave and/or blend they can be downright expensive and are used all over fashion (including top end designers).... unless the word "cheap" was meant to describe how the poster felt about how the fabrics looked. But again, polyester and polyester blends have changed so much over the years and used all over fashion that I was actually surprised to hear it....

If there is absolutely nothing else to watch, I will rarely watch an SG show.  But I always mute the sound.

I do not find her fashions attractive, they all look alike to me, far too matronly, and I am 77.

BTW.  I notice today that it looks like she has had some work on her face.  She is looking younger and prettier.  Whoever she uses is doing a great job.

I noticed that her face looked different in the close-ups.  I thought she looked better before the work was done.  I didn't see that she really needed any work--especially around the eyes.  Eyes are really difficult to do plastic surgery on and have them look natural.

She actually doesn't bother me; I think she is just excited and an extrovert.

Then again, I don't really watch QVC often so it's not like I have to endure it......

OMG! I am watching SG with Pat this morning. Poor Pat can not get a word in. She had to ask if she could say something. Susan appears to have had more coffee than usual this morning. I had to turn down the sound on my TV.

Totally agree!  Have not watched a SG show in awhile, but checked in for this morning's show.  Susan did not stop for a minute to take a breath!  Even Pat appeared to be a bit miffed today, but someone needs to put their foot down and literally tell her to keep quiet.   I own several of her clothing items, but her shows are just unwatchable!

I always liked SG but she has gotten to the point where I won't watch her. They NEED to find a new rep for this line who is more TV friendly, as SG has gone out of control.

I like her because she describes every single detail.  (When I've previously seen the detail demonstrations of a particular item, then I just click on my mute button.  I like today's longer knee length wrap dress.  Hadn't seen it before and I appreciated Susan's descriptions re: all of the details.  Thinking of ordering it in black, mainly because I shy away from too short dresses, and this one is knee length or slightly longer.  'I figure' that when a dress or skirt is a bit too long, we can always shorten it.  Not so when a dress/skirt is way too short.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

I agree...though a bit hyper, she knows the stitching, terms and everything about her garments.  I don't like everything in her line but like her tops and the leisure line hoodies. If you compare her to Jill Martin for instance such a difference.  I enjoy Isaac as well when he talks about the history of textiles.  Even Bob Mackie doesn't go into depth. Simington is knowledgeable as well.
