Happy Birthday Ford......you brave soul you. Glad it is calm in your home once again.

Hey, I have my 75th coming up in the near future.....maybe I should get a picture taken on that day and get my friend to post it on here for me. I'll warn you, I don't look as good as you do though. But, remember, the pictures of my little Mr. Lucky are real, and he is all mine.....

I would love to see that. But please take dooBdoo's (and some others) warnings into consideration. They feel it's very dangerous.

I don't see the difference between people posting photos here when millions post photos and much more on their Facebook and other social media all the time.

Big difference. We post on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., with our actual name, the others on those sites have real names, and we know them in real life. We link ourselves to them because they're a known entity. This is far different. However, if any of us do have our photos on other websites, there's plenty of free software that would allow us to take a poster's photo here and start matching it up with their images on those other social media sites, as well as matching up to images that have been published in news articles, church or community sites, etc., and suddenly we have their real name, location, family, friends, etc.

Have you been to QVC's Facebook page or any of the hosts' pages? Thousands of people post on them daily, using their real names and photos and none of them know each other. Some using their real name make really inflammatory remarks and don't seem to care that the whole word reads what they have to say.

BTW, your "Surprise!" is actually that you posted at 9:02 PM, heh.

Ha ha, I know. I am usually off the boards by 6 PM. But this did not come in for me from my daughter until 8 PM or so. I decided to post it before I lost my nerve. I also had a long nap today (almost three hours), so I'm not as exhausted as I usually am at this hour.

I hope I don't insult anyone, but I never drank, smoked, or boiled myself in the sun, despite being on the beach all the time (all covered up in white and under an umbrella). The few times I got a very bad sunburn DO show up on my skin!! As anyone can see, I am very, very fair.

I do my talking here. The most I ever say on Facebook (which is the only one I'm on) is a "Happy Birthday" or a response to a photo I post).

Such a gorgeous photo! And you are brave for posting...I know a few others who have done so in the past, and although I thought they were also beautiful ladies...some of the remarks weren't so nice.

I expected the remarks and know most of them mean well. But my stuff is on Facebook anyway, so it makes little difference, it's already out there.

I think most, if not all, of my Facebook friends are people who I trust. So, I post things and photos there..that I would not post here!

At first, I didn't realize you were posting this as your birthday photo. Hope you have a great day and a fabulous year!

You know, I love the color of your hair. The length and style is very flattering.

Stylish, just as I imagined you would be.

Did you notice all the different styles? Did they have the one of the audience at an opera? I can't remember the name of it. Totally different style and unbelievable detail. It's mezmerizing. But this genre of his is the one I am really addicted to.
