Sorry to hear of your struggles. Take a break and take care of yourself and if you do post, as others have said, just save yourself some hardship and heart the responses, it's just too much work to reply to every single post like you do but bless your heart for doing it. We'll all understand!

Now sending you pink sparkly hugs!

@SandySparkles   I am very sorry to hear of your condition and to open yourself up in the vulnerable state you are in is beyond commedable. Please look into Medical Medium on Instagram and his books on Amazon.

I firmly  believe you can delay or maybe put into remission your condition. I have one in my family that did just that! Vitamin B-12 is def a biggie and wild blueberries you can find in freezer section of stores, but please look into Medical Medium. I will be praying for you, Sandy.

@QVCTVSpree Welcome!🥰 THANK you SO much for the book suggestion! All prayers are greatly appreciated!🤗

@SandySparkles Thank you for sharing your struggles with us.  I've never read an unkind post from you towards anyone.  Your glass is always more than half full and your posts are inspirational and optomistic.  I hope that you find the right treatment for your diagnosis and are feeling better soon.

@Linmo Welcome!🥰 THANK you SO much for such a lovely compliment, and for your concern!🤗❤️

Re: Struggling To Keep Up ...

@SandySparkles   You're most welcome and hope to hear of improvements on your health journey. Another tidbit to consider, Organic dark choc walnuts or just plain walnuts, if you don't have a nut allergy.

There are many links, but I have heard we can't post links, but the universe or our Creator made certain foods for our body parts, hence cutting a tomato in half it looks like a heart chamber, carrots fo eyes, etc. Walnuts look like brains and they say they are an amazing superfood for the brain to snack on. Just some tidbits for consideration.
