Facebook is partially down.  Some can get on, some can't....3:20PM ET

Hey...Twitter just came up!  The east coast of the U.S. was down, along with UK and Japan  apparently.  Reddit has come too.

They're better now.  20% is still down. But it looks OK now.  Twitter was down comepletely, but it just came back up.

I haven't had any problems with Facebook today, other than some content a little slow to load.  Haven't been on Twitter today.
