Ok, of course I'm glad to receive the stimulus, however I got the check this morning, and I don't understand why it wasn't direct deposited like the last one. Wouldn't it be easier ?  Did they ever explain why they do it this way ? I'm just curious.

Re: Stimulus Check

[ Edited ]

Ours were direct deposited this time, just like the first time.

Not sure why others were mailed or received theirs on debit cards, as I've often read.

I have no idea why they'd change the previous methods of payment, but I've heard this from some others, as well.

I'm just glad you got yours this morning  It gives me hope that mine may still be coming. I've been thinking it may be lost, or they skipped me this time.

I did read somewhere, that those receiving checks are last in line. I did receive a check with the last round, so I suspect it will be the same this time. Maybe.

Both times mine were direct deposited. You would think if it was done that way the first time that it would be done the same way the next time.

I could care less how I get it.  I'd just like to get it.

I could use that extra money right now.

I'm still in the canoe with everybody else. LOL My first one was direct deposited too, but, this one was 'supposedly' mailed the 6th guess it's coming by pony express.

I quit checking.   People in here and another group I keep up with in youtube have stated they haven't gotten theirs yet either, so, good things come to those who wait and wait and wait I guess.

I am just glad I am not alone on still waiting on mine in the mail.   I have never done direct deposit with IRS and for some it does not seem to make a difference.  Or it is hit and miss with them.  Anyway today is a New Day!!  we shall see.
