[Foggy morning]

A couple of years ago when I had Comcast I had those sort of problems, but on all channels. That is a long story with Comcast but what it came down to was a weak cable signal. I'm in the country and the last one on the line. I went to Dish and have not had a problem of any kind since. I hope you get your problem resolved, whatever is causing it.
