Their shipments have lots of dry ice. It will keep you food cold for a long time. Don't touch the dry ice when you unpack it though. Pick it up with tongs if you have some.

But the last two have only taken one day, one order about a month ago and one this week. My order of electronics items were shipped yesterday and arrived this evening. But an order of fish takes more than two days? That just seems so turned around to me.
The fish probably comes directly from the vendor's warehouse.

It did come direct, but no dry ice in styroform carton. Even said Frozen, why did they put in in UPS van early in the am and I get it at 7:45 PM delivery. Common sense would say early delivery. No they give me same late one, oh well done, and refund on way.

I don't know.

yes, but cold, and didn't want to take chance. I offered to return, but it would go PO unless they wanted to pay UPS, they said throw away. It would have stunk up the PO and mail system. They need one day delivery on frozen products, especially fish.
I got food poison from fish at a Mexican restaurant once, and believe me, it is no picnic. I thought I was going to die. They had to take me to the ER and get intervienus, sp? IV.

Sounds like it's swimming UPS stream.

Probably not a good idea to order fish now-a-days unless it's overnight delivery. Just by the way we've been seeing folks delivering packages lately. Not saying who, what, when, why, and how, though. (Our long-time postman is conscientious, excellent, BTW.)

I would call local seafood restaurants and have one of them prepare a fresh batch, then you can individually freeze them in zip lock bags. (If you can find the ingredients in the ones you ordered, just give them the names of the spices and ingredients. Good chefs can duplicate just about everything, if they have a list of the ingredients.)
