Steven Colbert is just a naturally funny, quick witted person.  He really is.  I am amazed.  I also find him a wonderful dramatic actor.  He guest starred in one of my most favorite episodes of Law and Order/ Criminal Intent.  He was really good, I was really taken back...and evil he played the killer!!

@redhead65...I don't understand your rationale!...Are you like this with everyone?

Imagine how small a World it would be for all of us if we dissected everyone from our lives who didn't agree with our political views...whether they be celebrities, family, friends, co-workers.

There are so many actors and other celebrities whom I enjoy so much...I wouldn't think of never going to see their movies, shows, concerts, etc. just because they don't agree with my political views...I would be depriving myself of so much enjoyment!

Are you like this with family, friends and co-workers also?

I believe at one time he took acting lessons and it shows in his TV show.  His body language, facial expressions and timing are great.  I love watching him.
