Beautiful photo and did your doggie like the snow?

@Spurt    My current two dogs aren't as enthused as some I've had.

Funny thing about that snow, by 3pm it had completely disappeared as though it never existed.  It's kind of spooky and sad too, because it's so pretty you want it to last.  You've got to get out there and take your pictures fast.  longer.

@Kachina624   Love your pup, but you can keep the snow.

@Kachina624  A winter wonderland for sure. To make it better, my favorite dog breed!   My Aussie was the smartest dog I have ever owned. I have never seen an all black one.

@Kachina624 - Thanks for posting that beautiful picture. I so miss the snow. Did Piper enjoy playing in it?

@jubilant    Piper was picked up as a stray in a small town in SW Colorado.  Obviously poorly bred, probably by a backyard breeder, never socialized.  He was a mess when I got him.  He was taken from a young man living out of his truck by a woman with Chihuahua rescue and given to collie rescue, then to me

He has a white chest and paws the tri brown eyebrows and legs.  I love Aussies too.  He's my fourth and most difficult one.  The first day he was here, he just wandered around ignoring me, not even any eye contact.  I let him do his thing.  The next morning he suddenly made a big leap into my lap and has been a mama's boy ever since.  He rarely leaves my side.

@riley1    He was more interested in going back inside for breakfast.  He's a foodie.

AWE....he's so cute. I had a full size Aussie who looked just like Piper in the face except bigger. He was also a tri-color and the smartest dog I have ever owned. Piper has that  soulful look.......   like "he knows". I'm glad he took to you so soon.

Yep,that's how a "snowstorm's" life is here in South Texas too, the Mayor can declare "an emergency day" and everything shuts down, but by noon everybody is saying "snow??? what snow"????.........All evidence is gone and all the snowmen have melted.....
