😲 How unfortunate for that poor owner! It's really sad that someone, or group of people obviously took delight in their sinister deed. 

I understand that anxiety, frustration, and boredom are at an all-time high, and that people are finding "creative" ways to blow off steam, but this type of behavior is unacceptable. There is never a good time for such an immature act, but this compounds the anguish of the "victim" during this time in our history . I'm sending a prayer of peace to him or her, and hope that the perpetrator or perpetrators, somehow come to understand how awful this was in retrospect! TP is a precious commodity for some people these days. This is just shameful!🙁

You must have some very extravagant, well-heeled vandals in your neighborhood.  Some mama is going to be beyond furious when she next checks her stash of TP and finds it has unexpectedly disappeared..
