To steep some tea and then place in a tall glass with ice cubes and cold water but after one sip it immediately gave me clogged nasal passages. What am I doing wrong?

What kind of tea? Camomile can be bad for people with allergies.

Hmm...I can't remember reading that cranberries or green tea might trigger alllergies? But, there are people who are allergic to other types of berries. Have you been able to eat cranberries before, with no problems?

I know when I was working in healthcare....strawberries were one of the things so many people said they were allergic to. I don't think cranberries were as popular back then, as they are today...so many people haven't had the exposure to them, to know.

Funny thing is, cranberries are included in the salad bar at Whole Foods but I've never added them for some reason.

Also, had to use Afrin to unclog my nose. {#emotions_dlg.mellow}
