To steep some tea and then place in a tall glass with ice cubes and cold water but after one sip it immediately gave me clogged nasal passages. What am I doing wrong?

On 10/29/2014 september said: I know when I was working in healthcare....strawberries were one of the things so many people said they were allergic to. I don't think cranberries were as popular back then, as they are today...so many people haven't had the exposure to them, to know.
Funny thing is, cranberries are included in the salad bar at Whole Foods but I've never added them for some reason.
Also, had to use Afrin to unclog my nose.
