I love snow....to look at out of a window or in a movie!! Glad I live where snow is hardly ever a problem!!

But with our 80-90's temps since March...I am sick of the heat!  Had a bit of a break last week, but are now in the high 90's again!!!

The earth has cranked up another couple of notches and our gov't scientists reported yesterday that we are having more and more long heat spells.

@Noel7  I read that and my youngest wan'ts to read the actual report. He loves the heat but knows his older brother and I don't do well in it and he's worried. : (

That article was an eye-opener for many, I'm sure.

Was at the top of Pikes Peak in June several years ago.  It was snowing at the top then.

You can keep it for now.

I'm happily enjoying what little summer we have left.  And I really love a good Fall.

I do enjoy snow, in the winter.  IMO if it's going to be cold, it might as well snow.  What I cannot stand is days and days of just cold temps and dreary days.  It might as well snow.

I think I've forgotten what snow looks like - here in So. Indiana the last two winters we've hardly had any at all.

I'm from Southern Ind @hoosieroriginal  where abouts you hail from ?

I was close to Evansville.  Still got 2 sisters and some other family up there.   Humidity still choke a buffalo ?

My mom and brother lives in princeton, that is where all my family was from,in that area. I live in maine ,i do not want snow, and yes sharke the humidity in southern indiana is horrible.

Wow ! that is close to Evansville. Popcorn rules in Princeton. Guess it still does. When we go back we come in on 64.

Good thing about Tx is we have blue skies in Jan. Not near the ocean thank God. Northern Tx. is mostly cow country, but, no worries every time the ocean acts up.

When i was a kid princeton farms popcorn was the best.

@SilleeMee  I love snow too.  Maybe because I was born in December?  I don't know but I love when it's an all day event and the trees, grass and roads are all covered.  It is truly beautiful.  Cat Very Happy
