I don't think it can always be blamed on the Q..... I would track the packages, if you can.... UPS and the post office can be really slow....
I don't own stock in the Q.... but I think they get a bad rap sometimes....

OMG, yes ! I've ordered and a few days later, checked my ''order status'' and it appears that the product is ''being processed''....doesn't say it's been shipped. If I find something on QVC that I'm interested in purchasing, I always check to see if it's on Amazon.com. They have a much faster delivery process.
