I read this fix on day two I think and was glad someone told me.  Good to see it repeated because not everyone gets it the first time.  Really, it should have all been explained better by the so called pros who messed it up.

 

What I don't see, however, is a date started shown in the subject topic line.  It shows that on the last post but it would make more sense to have when the who thread was started.  There is plenty of room.  

 

QVC customer care people,  please tell your bosses to fix this if you have time in between deleting threads.  Thank you.
