What do you mean "the letter" soon? I never hear one say that. 

 

I have been shopping with QVC for over 30 years. Sometimes I laugh when I get dressed - its all Q clothes and jewelry.  Unfortunately, I do feel that the quality has gone down the hill as well as their s/h fees and their very expensive clothes.  I only purchase when there is free s/h or if I am re-purchasing because I love it.    Can't afford to keep trying and returning.
