Strong, confident, intelligent, beautiful woman.  She doesn't can be completely and beautifully dressed to say who she is.  Seems many women don't value strong, confident and intelligent enough now.  

 

I remember the women's movement in 1970's and to me, she is what many of us had in our minds--and that is being all you could be.
