It was when my husband was working all day selling appliances, and I thought about checking the Q site, and only then noticed the message boards, so thought I'd give it a try. That was seven years ago!!!

LOL, gloriajean, I don't know about it being a good year, but I will have to say many have left since then! I don't post as much as I use to back then, for many reasons! I have met some great people on here during the years and some I am still friends with now, and many of which I am no longer friends with, for many reasons!

Happy New Year! I joined in about 2009. I came back a few weeks ago and couldn't get into my account anymore. My email address had changed. So I had to start a new account. I wish I'd thought harder about a nickname. I don't like mine especially.

Hooty - Like me, I don't post as much here as I used to, too. Sometimes I just have nothing to say, but like to read. Other than my thread at Among Friends, I'm faithful to that. Sure has been nice meeting and keeping friends I met here!

Missouri Heartlander - Or MH? When I first joined, I didn't know about nick names, so I used my own first and middle name and kept it. If you don't like yours, I think you could change it, lots do, but I wouldn't have a clue. Nice meeting you! Happy New Year!
