Saying goodbye is so hard.

We are putting our 16 year old terrier to sleep this morning. I know how lucky we've been to have him this long, but that doesn't make it any easier.

I can't stop crying and our kids are devastated. Our 13 year old son is taking it so hard.

Amazing that us pet lovers open ourselves up to this pain time and time again. Goes to show how much they add to our lives that we're willing to do it again. Non-pet lovers just don't get it.
