Those container ships don't leave our shores.

They contain our cash.

Nothing is manufactured in America - that's why we have to import everything from far-off countries. Glad Gatorade is made in America. That should keep a lot of Americans working.

was in our local sams club today before the games started.

it is always packed on game day.

our sams is pretty full of everything.....no issues finding anything i wanted or needed......and some things i did not really need.

i have no self restraint when i am there.

i am in there usually every two weeks.

Re: Sam's Club Today

[ Edited ]

I shop at Sam's Club and Walmart every week.  They offer the best prices and stand behind everything they sell.  Plus, the staff at our local Sam's are unfailingly pleasant, so it doesn't seem they mind working there.  I know most of them by name after all these years.

Someone else's reason for not shopping there isn't going to affect me one way or the other.

ETA:  @Mistreatedbycs - I looked for the London Fog jackets after you posted, but couldn't find them in my local Sam's or online, but I'll keep watching.  They may just get them later on, as ours is a smaller store.

Thanks for your post.

Will have to go to Sam's Club tomorrow to check it out. Not that I need it but want to check out the London Fog down jacket.

The closest Sam's Club to me was in Seattle and it closed several years ago so I am a Costco gal!

@Venezia

They may have them underneath the tables still.   The lighter jacket were hanging but the heavier one's were under the table boxed and had a 10/1 date on them.  The two of them might be still in boxes at your store.

I would ask someone in the clothing area and they will put you what you need from the boxes.

You reminded me of those boxes underneath the tables. I used to check out the video and DVDs that Disney were releasing. Sam's (and every other retailer) could not sell them until a certain date. But I liked to see what they had and how many boxes they had.

I used to be able to buy limited edition Walt Disney Treasures DVD at Sam's. But not at The Disney Store where I worked at the time. Go figure.
