Sam's Club Today

[ Edited ]

Toys are out.

Christmas is out

Halloween door greeter ( too cute)

Vince Camuto Sweaters are quite nice.  (I just checked, they are both showing online)   Love that fuschia one!!!)

There's a black sweater with a poofy arms made from material          that's resembles a lace

There's another style of Vince sweater with a solid sweater body and a raised pattern in the arms.  Colors black, white, fuschia

New lightweight fall/winter London Fog down jacket  $29.99

black, beige and a dark teal green

Heavier weight London Fog puffer jacket with belt, hood and faux fur $39.99   black and white only

and if you haven't tried the brand Yogalicious, love their leggings, saw those back in stock.

Calvin Klein heavier weight joggers  $15.99

new brand of leggings 90D never have seen those before but they were priced at $9.98

They had another brand I've never seen before for a sweater that was something like Santuary and those sweaters were really soft, available in black and red.  Nice feel to the sweater and had poof arms.

Food....

Looked like the place was closing.  Large area's empty.  Freezer sections empty.  Very little in the upper racks.

I asked what's going on and the store manager said they order and they can't get the merchandise in.  They order it he said but it doesn't come in on the truck.

On a side note, our local grocery store said for example, gatorade, he said he can't get any.  The Company can't get any bottles to put it in, the bottle manufacturer said they don't have the plastic pellets to make them and no workers to produce it.  Plastic pellets are a petroluem product.  He estimates for he is hearing from the food distributors, about 2 years to clear this problem up.

Our local Sams Club is pretty sparse as far as goods go...

Our Costco is filled to the rafters.

I went grocery shopping yesterday. The aisle with paper products like toilet paper and paper towels was almost empty.

There was very little chicken, but a lot of beef ( expensive) available.

I thought to myself...Here we go again.

Nothing is manufactured in America - everything is imported and the cargo ships are all lined up at the ports in Los Angeles. Thousands of cargo containers are ready to be unloaded. Nothing being sent back. I'm old - so I remember when everything was made in America - and people had jobs - and the products were well made - and not toxic.

I just checked, and LOVE the sweater that is available in fuchsia, but wish it had a v-neck.😊

@Mom2Dogs  no dressing rooms.  Clothing can be returned with no problems.  I have tried clothing on over a tank and shorts in the aisles. Shoes too.

Thanks @Carmie   Next trip, I'll have to take a look at what they have. I tend to have a one track mind..I shop to my list and rarely look around.

@Mom2Dogs   I wish I could shop like that.  I have to check out every aisle.  I don't usually buy things not on my list, but that doesn't stop me from looking.

The thing about Sam's Club is that you never know what you're going to come across. So there are times when I pop in and only buy the five or six items I came for, then when I have more time or see new merchandise I'll go up and down almost every aisle.
