Sad, confused and need help, opinions

My beloved younger sister died three months ago after a long battle with cancer. She was 43. Four beautiful children. I just found out that her husband already has a girlfriend. I have so many conflicting feelings. I want my brother in law to be happy. But so soon? What about the kids? Shouldn't he be spending time with them? Help me.
