Yes my tiny poodle is 15 today and I have had him since he was about 5 months old. He was so cute and active and I loved him so much. We did many things together although he never enjoyed riding in a car and was so tiny we could only play with small objects. But we did a lot of cuddling and talking and went for short walks -- his legs are short -- and he, being a he had to stop at every bush or even a big leaf. He never weighted much more than 5 pounds on a fat day. We also had kitties to keep us company -- now have 2 but at one time actually had 3. We were all happy together for many years.

Two years ago we all moved to senior living -- the kitties took a long time to adjust -- they loved running up and down stairs but are fine now. Peppiel, the poodle, likes the apartment ok but is a barker which is hard for me.

Yes my dear little poodle Peppie has reached his 15th birthday -- I have had him since he was about 5 months old and he was so cute and cuddly and loveable. He never got much more than 5 pounds but apparently was very healthy and never really sick. We took short walks -- he had to stop at every leaf or bush, being a he, and played with small toys -- mostly he just wanted to cuddle and be with me. He always hated riding in a car.

Now he is getting old and not so cuddly -- he can put me on ignore for hours and when I do hold him, he wants to get down after a few minutes. He can't sleep with me any more -- he started having accidents in the night -- never did that before -- and I miss him -- although my two kitties now cuddle up with me.

I am afraid I will have to say "goodbye" to him before long -- his accidents are getting to me -- and I am in my 80's and having problems coping. It breaks my heart to let him go.
