I lost a lot of respect for him when he went off on his facebook page about a poster here that wrote something bad about him. He said that he had friends that could find out where this person lived and he was going to show up at their house. That was so freaky weird.

Yikes {#emotions_dlg.blink}

Double yikes.{#emotions_dlg.scared}

Yes he did post that. He said he can find out all your information. That doesn't give a person much confidence to post on his FB page. He's had some serious sadness in his life which may have made him bitter, but he's happily married now and is healthy, but he can't get past his negative experiences on QVC.

I liked him when he was a show host. He was extremely knowledgeable with cameras and musical instruments, to name a few, and I thought he was funny. I just wish he didn't come off like such a blowhard now. It doesn't suit him.

He knows the business and should write a novel about the home shopping industry. What I remember is friction between Steve and Bob B. Seems like they both wanted to be QVC's resident chef and Steve would make subtle digs about other hosts.

I think he used to be knowledgeable about home shopping, but it's changed, and is changing, so rapidly in recent years so his insight might be more historical -- but, yes, it could be interesting.

He sure is right about QVC though! QVC does sell things you can get anywhere. The channel has become so different , not in a good way to me. The sales are harder, less talk about product , more about hosts, or what the product will do for your image, LOL!
