@ShowMe  a lot of non catholics didn't eat meat of Fri.   Growing up ,people usually had a time or two during the week, when they opted for a cheaper meal.

McDonalds started the Filet of fish sandwich to bolster their Fri sales ,because they lost a lot of Catholic customers for that day

Have always liked the McDonad's Filet of fish sandwich.  Get it when ever I can.  When I order it, I always get it with cheese and onion, with tartar sauce.

Thanks......am sure I will.

Just woke up from a little nap.  After the angel left, I immediately put all the clothes away, then sat down on the sofa......  In no time flat, I was sound asleep.  Got up early this morning so I could get everything done before she got here to do the laundry.

Think you misunderstood......my cleaning girls are the same ones that I've had for sometime now.  I like them very much and they do a good job for me.  They will be here tomorrow afternoon sometime between 2:00 and 3:00 to clean my apartment.

Today it was the Visiting Angel to do my laundry.  The poor woman just can't seem to understand how to fold clothes.  A year ago she had a stroke and has a hard comprehending some things.  Why in the world would they assign someone who has had a stroke to go up and down the basement steps and to do laundry......I'll never know.  Today was her 3rd time of being here.  Know she gets very frustrated with herself.......  I can hear her sigh every once in a while.

We are eating grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup now!  A childhood favorite.

I love QVC's St. Patrick's Day. The years of the bar, music, dancers was epic. I saw Amy host a show and she was a delight. She did an awesome job. Now to pick out my annual gooodies.....

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.
