SOVEREIGNTY WINS, FINAL MOMENTS

Ridden by Junior Alvarado in the Kentucky Derby.  Just thought the final moments and images of the race were exciting.

 

Must have been a challenge with that very muddy track.

The horses are beautiful.  I watch for the zany hats the ladies wear and some of the outfits too.

Everyone of the 19 horses racing in the Kentucky Derby were offspring of Secretariat.
