I buy items from HSN on a consistent basis. Recently, I have run into A LOT OF AGGRAVATING CIRCUMSTANCES.
First of all, I frequently have to "uninstall" and then "re-install" the app because it refuses to accept my PW.
I made 3 recent purchases: An HP Printer, Rhonda Shear AH BRAS, and Tarte Lipstick collection.
I received each of these items in a predictable manner.
About 2 weeks ago, a LONG TIME after making those purchases, I opened my door and THERE WAS ANOTHER IDENTICAL PRINTER to the one I already purchased and received.
About 2 days after that, I received 3 MORE AH BRA pkgs AND ANOTHER TARTE LIPSTICK COLLECTION!!
WOW!! I called CS and was given some "mumbo-jumbo" about how I ordered, BLAH,BLAH,BLAH. No, I had nothing in my cart, and NO I never ordered these additional items.
I asked about returning the 2nd printer because I physically am not capable of carrying down 31 steps to my car and taking it to the post office, and, NO, I have no one to help me. UPS charged me $25 to come to my door to ship the 2nd printer back!! I called CS again and the best they could do is give me $10 spendable kash! The refund was issued after I had to call several times.
I was able to easily return the additional bras and lipsticks and was given a refund, but they still charged me for the return.
Last, I ordered a Hallmark card making kit for almost $30. There WAS NO PACKING SLIP INSIDE so now I have to personally send it back to the vendor and hope I receive my refund that way. I may add that the kit was created in 2022 so the software is outdated and comes with a TRIAL software DOWNLOAD so I assume that after the "trial" expires I'd be CHARGED for keeping the outdated software.
A LOT OF HASSLE!
Needless to say, I won't be ordering from HSN at least until the time they've successfully integrated their staff and operations into the QVC PA location.

First, did you check your account to see how many items were on your order? Could you have signed in twice and placed two orders thinking your PW wasn’t working?
I think I'd get the name of HSN president and write a letter; it should be in Google. You could also do a protest with your CC company.
The fact that the orders arrived days apart is suspicious.

Good luck writing to anyone at HSN and expecting a result. I ran into that years ago and didn't even get an acknowledgement, even though I paid to have the letter sent Certified Mail, Signature Required. So I know it got there.
IMO, they could not care less.
I'm just about to contact them about an item I just received that's clearly defective. No return label (an electronic item), just a set of instructions on options of how to return - at my expense. I should've learned my lesson years ago, but I think this time I have.

What a hassle ... but I also think your re-installing the app might have screwed things up.
As for the "sucessful integration" keep in mind that what happens in the warehouse is separate and I doubt they need to move warehouses.

I do not order a lot from HSN but never had an issue with them

If no packing slip all you had to do was go to your purchase and print out a refund request. Somethings are sent directly from the vendor not QVC or HSN.
Doesnt matter where you shop , customer service has been lacking since Covid.
i notice now that they state if no printer they send you one of those QR labels. You just save it to your phone and show the shipper and they read it and print it out at UPS OR USPS.

You should be able to call them to get a return label at no charge to you. I recently needed to return an item. The return label was blank. So. I called them and they sent me another one to print. No problem.
Now, I tracked it back to whereever it was to go and kept waiting on the refund and ended up having to call them. At first they told me they hadn't received it, but I begged to differ since I had the tacking information. Then, they told me exactly what the tracking said, which I said was correct, and then refunded me on the spot.
I won't shop on an app no matter how they try to tempt me. I hate the phone interface. Anything really important, especially when it comes to money, is not done on my phone.

When I referred to uninstalling and re-installing the app I didn't necessarily mean in conjunction with those orders. I just meant "in general."
The timing of the duplicate orders was the most aggravating because the arrival of all 3 were weeks after I made the original orders. The dup orders had the multiple bra sets and 1 lipstick order on the invoice.
I absorbed the extra shipping and return costs because I am DONE with the subject and won't be ordering from them again in the near future. I'll return the Hallmark card kit and THAT'S THAT! The CS rep said if I had any trouble collecting the refund from the vendor, call THEM and be sure to keep a receipt from the P.O.
Finally, the CS staff from HSN were uniformally responsive (although they couldn't really help me), admitted that similar "glitches" existed in their "system" and said I wasn't the only one this happened to recently. Each rep was courteous and did try to help. Very satisfied with HSN customer service; however, they can do very little. The END

@Icegoddess. I only use hsn or qvc.com. Never have used the app.

As an aside, I think they must have gotten a shipment of these 2022 outdated Hallmark card kits and tried to unload them, hoping nobody would look at origination date.
The thing that caught my eye wasn't the DATE. It was the TRIAL OFFER FOR DOWNLOADING THE ACTUAL SOFTWARE (without details).
Anyhow, I'm DONE with HSN for awhile.
