Is there a rule on bumping posts from over a year ago? I thought we weren't suppose to do it.

Wow I did not know it was against community standards. That seems a little ridiculous IMO.

I'm sure some people are doing a search online from something when they come across a post on QVC that they reply to. Since they are probably not familiar to the boards they don't notice the date of the post.

I have noticed the older posts here & there with the most recent reply from a new poster.

I don't know what the time limit is, but bumping is not allowed.

Well, there was a thread of the fashion forum bashing Susan Graver. And I get that she isn't everyones piece of cake.

Someone who looked like a new poster had bumped it up, being over a year old, just to contribute her dislike of Susan Graver.

I think that is ridiculous, honestly.
