I do not mean to beat a dead horse but here goes, in mid Sept I returned 3 items using the QVC label, items received and finally refunded - on Sept 28, but here is the kicker I am now told it will be 10 BUSINESS days until my money hits my bank. I am annoyed to say the least. By the tie I get my money it will be close to a month from the day my items left my door.

Makes me glad I am curbing my Q shopping for the now and well might be forever

Did you use a debit card? I find QVC is very good about returns when using a regular credit card or their own QVC card. They usually only take a day or two to show on my account.

I used a debit card -- I am not longr using their credit card

Yes, that's why I don't use debit cards......the delay is often ten days before the money goes back into your bank account. I only use a debit card when I need cash from an ATM. I link my savings and checking and pay no fees at any ATM. Why not think about changing over to a regular credit card with a Rewards Program. Many give points and you get cash back.....

Once QVC processes the refund, the amount o time it takes to show back up in your account depends entirely upon your bank.  I use two different banks (a traditional (i.e. large) bank and a credit union), and it always takes several days longer for the money to show back up in my bank account than it does in the credit union account.  It all depends upon the financial institution's processing time.

Well then that's why it's taking so long to be credited back.

 

You used a debit card, and it is your bank, and not QVC that is taking time to refund you your money.

 

If you want to be mad at someone and blame someone, blame your bank, not QVC.

 

Take it up with your bank.

    I agree, when I return items to any retailer and I used my bank debit card, I get a speedy refund.  But when I bought the item with my Greendot debit card, it takes about three weeks after the retailer processed the return.  That's just the way it goes.

It never takes that long for me.

 

I think they tell everyone that but regardless of whether I use a regular CC or my debit card, the refund generally appears within a day, 2 at the most.

The returns hit my card today, interesting they credited each easy pay seperatly, even if the item was fully paid, just an observance not for discussion
