@Anonymous032819   SO simple I'll be doing my returns with USPS or UPS. I won't go back to kohls even though I choose to shop there periodically. I don't need ploys to get me into their stores to do more shopping. Quite honestly I still have concerns that my return(s) may not make it amazon. Then what - I'm not getting my credit only to find that they never received my return and they're charging me again for goods I gave to someone else to return for me. No thanks.

 

And unless it is really accurate that amazon does 'own' kohls now it still makes n o sense to me. Their sales people are probably thinking and saying the same thing, why are we sending back all this stuff to amazon instead of those who made the purchases? Just makes no sense. I could check online to see if this is really true about this relationship but I also really don't care.
