I have found it is much easier to use their label especially for tracking.  If you use the label that comes with your order customer service can track it and if it takes too long they will refund you.  I have had great luck with emailing the QVC Easy returns with the order#, item# and reason and how you want to be refunded and they will immediately refund you.  You need to send it back within two weeks.

All my Q labels are for the post office only, so I don't know about UPS.

 

I just read that C/S had arranged a UPS pickup for someone (large item) and the driver did not leave a receipt.  I wouldn't like that cuz how can you prove anything?!

 

 

I recently returned something....got my Conf # and my pickup email.....disappeared after that.  Sitting somewhere probably!  Who knows!

 

I just emailed the mods my USPS Conf number and was immediately credited.
