My biggest complaint with their returns processing is that I ALWAYS pay my own postage to return .....  and in spite of that .....  they ALWAYS charge me for the $6.95 QVC label that I didn't use!    So then I always have to contact CS about the error.

 

To make matters worse .... then CS asks me for PROOF  that I had shipped it using my postage!    How could the returns person NOT notice it wasn't a Q label?

 

Makes me wonder if the Returns Dept person gets some sort of quarterly bonus based on how many customers end up paying twice for return postage.
