@Kristi in VA    YOU TOOK THE WORDS RIGHT OUT OF MY MOUTH !   I've thought several times over the years that Susan Graver  REALLY NEEDS TO CHANGE HER  INTRO MUSIC   !!   QVC has changed their own music from time to time...It's like someone on Susan's team is asleep at the wheel ! Please Susan,  CHANGE IT !!!!!!

Mute is the only solution....if I want it on just too see a few items I must have it on mute otherwise I have to change the channel!  Same goes when I see Dan in the morning....I immediately change the channel...news....hallmark channel anything else is better.
