Dear QVC,

Thank you for the blurb at the top of the page today which I just noticed.

Today is International Holocaust Remembrance Day, a time to remember the six million Jewish victims of the Holocaust and the millions of other victims of Nazi persecution.

Yes, I love to shop, but it is good to be reminded that we have a responsibility as human beings to help make our world a better place.

I appreciate the announcement!

I have to say, I'm not seeing the notice but I agree with your thoughts, and for all I know, I could be looking right at it!

@FancyPhillyshopper   I am not seeing the notice either.

Where is it located?

Strange, but I don't see it either.  I checked the QVC home page, but no notice. This is using safari on my iPad, not the app. Wonder why we can't see this worthwhile tribute?

Thanks, @FancyPhillyshopper .   Remembering all who suffered and perished in that horrible cataclysm.

A professor posted today that on Holocaust Remembrance Day, and 80 years after the liberation of Auschwitz, he chooses to remember little Istvan Reiner. Here he is a happy little boy, just a few days before he was taken and murdered at Auschwitz, at age four.

Painful, but important to remember.

Thank you for posting this. I also did not see the banner but am very grateful for the lives of the minority who managed to survive and had a place to go. Am Yisrael Chai!

They where just talking about it on my local news. They also mentioned how this will be the last time a lot of the Survivors will get together because of their age and so many are passing. Yes it is important to remember.

@Oznell

Thank you for posting that picture of that darling little boy.
I think so many people forget what happened.  That is very dangerous, because hate unfortunately never takes a vacation.

To think of any group of people as "the other" is hateful and dangerous.
