I received a call from QVC today asking how customer service is doing. Then asked about QVC in general. Told them the prices on things were getting out of line.
Has anyone else received a call like this?

No call here but if I got one I'd tell them to just read these forums for a primer on what they're doing wrong and what they've been doing wrong for years. Many of us have been telling them but they refused to listen.

I did not receive a call but did receive responses to 2 letters I sent regarding the Carolyn/Dan situation. That surprised me.

I'm not likely to ever receive a call, as I don't watch presentations. I check out what's online and don't order that often. Their overall business practices are of no concern to me.
