I agree. I fell for one of them a couple of years ago, and it's the worst vacuum cleaner we have. It does not have decent suction power. It sits in the garage, and we are back to using our old vacuum. I expected so much more of dyson. Now I won't look at any of their overpriced products.

I don't own anything Dyson--friends have not been pleased with this brand.....

it is a bladeless fan/heater for cooling or heating.....it is NOT a vacuum.

has great reviews.

It's the duo fan/heater

I actually own the blue one....would never trade my Dyson fan or the fan/heater for any other brand.

It's quiet, it's safe, and actually works, that little heater warms up my office quickly.

I think this will be the 3rd year for the duo and it did go through a recall a couple years ago.

Very happy with this product.

I remember my grandma sitting with a heater next to her and wondering if the place will go up in flames, those little space saving heaters are dangerous, this dyson one really works and is safe.

Sorry, got a little carried away, they should have me on in front of the camera selling this product, worth every penny and it's a lot of pennies!

it's true, the same companies have TSV's over & over again. come on QVC, how about expanding your product line.

The price is just a joke!   They make a good product perhaps.....but to rip off the consumer is just wrong.

I'm waiting for the $400.00 Dyson blow dryer to be a TSV.
