Any Rakutan customers here ? I joined about a year and a half ago, cash back has been pretty good and I take advantage of the double cash back when I find something I can use.  I got a email in Febuary advising my cash back check was mailed on 2/15 but I have yet to recieve it. When I emailed the company their response was it can take about 21 days to get the check.  So today is day 21, no check yet. Anyone else have problems getting your rebate check ?

My check came last week (2/15 mailing).  Feb. 15 was a P.O. holiday, lots of bad weather in the country, all needs to be taken into consideration.

I've been with Mr. Rebates about 10 years and always have my rebates applied to my PayPal account so I don't have to worry about checks, my "fun money".  I've collected about $6,000  in rebates.

No, but I do know that the post office is very slow about delivery, lately.

I have not received my 2/15 check either. I emailed about it but haven't received a response.

Thanks everyone, I just emailed the Rakutan support services requesting a new rebate check
