The Pointer Sisters always put on the best show. All in, all the time. Their energy was amazing! RIP Anita.

Sad to hear of Anita's passing.   I too enjoyed the Pointer Sisters and admired their beauty and talent.  They were just amazing natural talent that captured us all.   

If my dog doesn't like you, neither do I.

When I was a kid I loved listening to the pointer sisters.
That's a beautiful picture. She was a really lovely lady.
I hope her family can find comfort and peace knowing her suffering is over. 🌹

I still have their debut album from 1973.  Interesting factoid-the album first gained notice through the Trouboudour (sp) in LA by-word of mouth.

 

Once the album became well-known-it soared up the charts to #13.
