The irony of some of these posts is amusing.

Re: RE: thread about forums not bustling with activity

IMO, it is more how posts are phrased and the attitude it projects, toss in following someone around to get the desired answer (if questioning the poster's integrity or authenticity) and they'll receive some kind of negative comment.

Attitude is everything.

Wanting to leave old baggage (aka leaving havoc in their wake) behind and start anew is a personal matter. It's up to that person to make the change a success by leaving old patterns behind. To post and expose who they were against their will serves no one.

I admire how Mom has handled it. Honesty is always the best road.

Edited to clarify muddy first sentence.

That is a sure way to get banned unfortunately.

Otherwise I agree wholeheartedly.

Some should have been more careful about what they had an issue with because it has become an issue and still, it's being beaten like a sorry old worn out drum.

And there's a saying about "Be careful what you ask for".

Being obsessed with picking scabs is a mental health disorder. Let it be.

I agree with Free as well. Alas, it is apparent that some posters cannot make that change and leave old patterns behind.

It seems people are being punished and getting banned again if they are honest.
