I had trouble canceling a recent order. I called Customer Service and thought I'd be on hold for quite a bit as today is the Gold Rush.
I hit "O" and was connected to Ordering. That rep was very nice and she connected me to Customer Service right away. My call was picked up after the second ring! The young man in CS solved the problem and was very pleasant as well.
I continue to appreciate QVC Customer Service. Thank you all!

That's wonderful!!! Reading your post of gratitude made me smile.😄 There has been numerous positive posts lately regarding stellar CS , that outweigh the unfortunate negative posts.😊

Well, we'll find out......the order was very recent and I didn't get sa direct "no". That's when I called.
